Suntec REIT: Delivers Stronger Operating Performance In 1Q 25.
24 Apr 2025 17:51Suntec REIT reports improved distributable income of $45.9 million for the period from 1 January to 31 March 2025, 4.3% higher than the quarter ended 31 March 2024. Distribution per unit to unitholders was 1.563 cents or 3.4% higher year-on-year. All properties, except for 55 Currie Street, Adelaide, registered stronger operating performance.
