Yongmao Holdings Limited has launched its inaugural issue under a new S$20 million multicurrency multi-tranche unsecured commercial paper facility programme on the SDAX Exchange, at an interest rate of 5.3% per annum, which matures approximately 3 months from the date of issuance. The Company expects to raise between S$2 million and S$4 million from accredited investors and institutional investors under the 3-month SDAX Issuance, which shall be determined by the Board after taking into account demand from investors...
