20 Jan 2020 10:04The total number of Shares owned, controlled, acquired or agreed to be acquired by the Concert Group, and valid acceptances to the Exit Offer, amount to an aggregate 2,308,246,124 Shares, representing approximately 94.90% of the entire issued Shares. CITIC Envirotech Ltd. will be delisted from the Official List of the SGX-ST with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 23 January 2020...
