Ltd. has acquired an aggregate of 51,142,766 ordinary shares, representing approximately 29.9% of the total issued shares of the Company, from Mr. Lim Eng Hong and his related parties. The total consideration for the transaction is S$17,000,000. The transaction was facilitated through W Capital Markets Pte.
