Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wing Tai, and Metrobilt Construction Pte Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Metro, has been awarded a 99-year leasehold prime site at Dunearn Road by the Urban Redevelopment Authority at the tender price of S$532,999,999...
