OUE REIT: Delivers Higher Revenue & NPI In 1Q 2026, Driven By Resilient Commercial Performance & Double-Digit Hospitality Growth.

OUE Bayfront obtained planning approval to create more than 22,600 square feet of prime office space, with projected stabilised return on investment exceeding 11.0%.
