As part of Frasers Centrepoint Trust's business, the Manager, Frasers Centrepoint Asset Management Ltd., continually reviews acquisition and/or divestment opportunities to enhance unitholder value. In the course of its review, the Manager may from time to time enter into discussions on potential asset acquisitions and/or divestments.
