HRnetGroup: New Appointment Of Mr. Lim Lian Soon As Independent Non-Executive Director.

HRnetGroup Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Lim Lian Soon as Independent Non-Executive Director of the Group with effect from 1 May 2026. He will serve as Chairman of the Audit Committee. Mr. Lim brings over four decades of experience in audit, taxation, corporate governance and financial management. He has held senior leadership roles, including Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Sin Ghee Huat Corporation Ltd., now known as HH Stainless Pte. Ltd..
