Yongmao: Launches Series 007 Of 3-Month Commercial Paper On The SDAX Platform.
26 Mar 2026 18:07Yongmao Holdings Limited has launched on the SDAX Platform, the seventh series of its commercial paper in digital securities. The 3-month Series 007 SDAX Issuance is priced at an interest rate of 3.6% per annum, and matures approximately 3 months from the date of issuance. The Company expects to raise between S$2 million and S$4 million from accredited investors and institutional investors under the 3-month Series 007 SDAX Issuance, which shall be determined by the Board after taking into account demand from investors...
