AIMS APAC REIT has entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement with Sin Hwa Dee Foodstuff Industries Pte Ltd for the proposed divestment of 8 Senoko South Road in Singapore at a sale price of S$15.0 million. The sale price of S$15.0 million represents an 11.1% premium to the Property's latest valuation of S$13.5 million as at 28 February 2026.
