23 Dec 2025 11:15Volare Group AG, which indirectly wholly-owns the Offeror, entered into a sale and purchase agreement with ESR Group Limited and E-Shang Infinity Cayman Limited pursuant to which Volare acquired from the Vendors an aggregate of 241,568,431 Units for a cash consideration of S$0.40 per Unit, excluding applicable brokerage, commission, clearing fees, stamp duties and taxes, representing approximately 21.47% of the total number of issued Units.
