19 Dec 2025 07:00Stoneweg Europe Stapled Trust has entered into a simultaneous binding offer and closing of divestment of via Amba Aradam Rome for a consideration of EUR34.0 million, approximately S$51.0 million. The transaction was completed at EUR8.3 million, or 32%, above the June 2025 valuation, allowing SERT to crystallise a significant portion of the expected redevelopment upside without committing development capital to a complex, heritage-listed asset.
