Tenancy diversification benefits include a new tenant, the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs and additional revenue generated from an existing tenant, the Home Office. Proposed Acquisition brings 0.6% accretion to Distribution per unit on a pro forma basis and continues the Manager's strategy to reduce portfolio gearing.
