Pan-United Corporation's subsidiary, Pan-United Concrete, has successfully concluded a mass pour of 10,250 m3 of concrete for casting the 5 m or 16 ft thick raft foundation of The Skywaters at 8 Shenton Way in January 2025. The 63-storey mixed-use development towers 305 m (1,001 ft) high and sits on a site spanning 10,984 sqm or 118,229 sq ft.
