Suntec REIT: Revision Of Offer Price To S$1.19 Per Offer Share.
09 Jan 2025 10:08The Offeror is revising the Offer Price to S$1.19 per Offer Share. The Closing Date of the Offer is extended from 5.30 p.m. (Singapore time) on 20 January 2025 to 5.30 p.m. (Singapore time) on 3 February 2025. As at 6.00 p.m. (Singapore time) on 8 January 2025, the total number of Units owned, controlled, or agreed to be acquired by the Offeror and parties acting or presumed to be acting in concert with the Offeror, including by way of valid acceptances of the Offer, amount to an aggregate of 973,423,793 Units, representing approximately 33.32% of the total number of issued Units...
