11 Jan 2023 17:42Micro-Mechanics (Holdings) Ltd. wishes to announce the retirement of Mr Low Ming Wah as Executive Director, President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company with effect from 30 April 2023. As part of the Company's pre-determined succession planning process, Mr Low will be appointed by Micro-Mechanics as an advisor for a period of one year for the transition of responsibilities to members of the Group's senior leadership including Mr. Kyle Borch, who was appointed as Deputy CEO on 1 January 2023...
