SGX: ACRA & MAS Working To Legalise Virtual Meetings & Electronic Voting.
25 Mar 2020 11:36The legislation will allow issuers the flexibility to limit the number of participants in a physical meeting and for other participants to participate by virtual means, or hold meetings solely by virtual means, without a physical meeting, notwithstanding any contrary provisions in their constitutive documents.
