UOB: Acquisition Of VAM Vietnam Fund Management For S$6.7 Million.
03 Dec 2019 10:15The consideration for the Acquisition of VAM Vietnam Fund Management Joint Stock Company by UOB Asset Management Ltd is VND113,680 million, equivalent to S$6,702,572.80. As at 31 October 2019, the net asset value of VAM VN was approximately VND26 billion, equivalent to S$1,532,960, and VAM VN had assets under management of approximately VND114 billion, equivalent to S$6,721,440. The Acquisition will further strengthen UOBAM's Asian franchise and presence, and is in line with UOBAM's regionalisation plans...
