Sabana REIT: Issue Of Notice Of Termination For Default On Rental Payment In Relation To 10 Changi South Street 2.
31 Aug 2018 22:07Sabana Shari'ah Compliant Industrial Real Estate Investment Trust has issued a notice of termination to Adviva Distribution Pte. Ltd., arising from the Tenant's failure to pay rent and other sums payable under the Lease Agreement of 10 Changi South Street 2, Singapore 486596. Currently, rental arrears in the sum of S$2,137,242.66 are due and outstanding from the Tenant. Sabana REIT intends to set off the outstanding rental arrears and damages owed to it by the Tenant against the total monies of S$3,580,226.66 held by Sabana REIT in relation to the Property, which comprises the security deposit provided by the Tenant and other amounts that may be payable to the Tenant for works done on the Property...
