Oxley Holdings Limited's wholly-owned subsidiary, Oxley MTN Pte. Ltd. has on 24 February 2020 priced its S$75,000,000 6.5 per cent. notes due 2023 under its U.S.$1,000,000,000 Guaranteed Euro Medium Term Note Programme, pursuant to which the Issuer may from time to time issue medium term notes unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by the Company. The Notes will bear interest at a fixed rate of 6.5 per cent. per annum and will mature on 28 February 2023...
