AIMS Financial Holding Limited will be carrying out a placement of certain units in AIMS APAC REIT. These are the Units which are the subject of a put and call option between AIMS Financial Service Group Pty Ltd and its affiliates and AMP Capital Investors Limited and its affiliates, for the acquisition by AIMS Financial Group of these Units from AMP Capital. 70,316,037 Units, comprising approximately 10.09% of the total number of Units currently in issue, are under the put and call option.
