Jawala Plantation Industries Sdn. Bhd received a letter dated 21 March 2019 from CIMB Bank Berhad stating that CIMB had on 20 March 2019 received an Order/Notice issued by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission pursuant to Section 60(1) of the Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful Activities Act 2001 to effect the release of the seized properties to JPI.
