Keppel Infrastructure Trust wishes to announce the launch of an equity fund raising, comprising an offering of such number of New Units in KIT to raise gross proceeds of S$450 million by way of a placement of New Units to institutional and other investors at the Placement Issue Price for each Placement Unit and a non-renounceable underwritten preferential offering of New Units at the Preferential Offering Issue Price for each Preferential Offering Unit to Entitled Unitholders, fractional entitlements to be disregarded, on a pro-rata basis...
