Noble Group Limited wishes to announce a binding commitment with a consortium of investors, including Value Partners Limited and Pinpoint Asset Management Ltd to provide New Noble with an additional US$100 million of 3 year committed trade finance facilities. The binding commitment is subject to the execution of final detailed documentation.
