ISR Capital Limited's wholly owned subsidiary, ISR Global Pte. Ltd. has entered into a facility agreement with Tantalum Holding (Mauritius) Ltd under which it will grant a short term secured bridging loan facility of up to S$6,000,000 to Tantalum Holding. Tantalum Holding owns 100 percent of Tantalum Rare Earth Malagasy S.A.R.L., which has a permit to explore and develop a concession hosting critical rare earth oxides in the Ampasindava Peninsula in the Republic of Madagascar...
